Our mission is to create a relaxing, elevated experience where every guest feels pampered, confident, and cared for. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll receive personalized service, attention to detail, and exceptional results.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that all clients respect our scheduling policies, as appointment times are reserved especially for you. ✨ A valid card is required to book all appointments. ✨ We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ✨ Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ✨ Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify services depending on availability. ✨ For larger appointments, bridal parties, or group bookings, deposits and custom cancellation terms may apply. Deposits for bridal or private events are non-refundable. ✨ We understand emergencies happen and will always do our best to accommodate situations respectfully. Hi, I’m Antonia, owner and founder of NV Nails & Spa and NV Beauty Collective. 🤍 I started my career with a passion for nails, creativity, and nail health, and that passion has grown into two beauty spaces centered around quality, education, and community. My goal is to continue growing NV while creating a welcoming environment for clients, collaborating with talented beauty professionals, and staying connected to the local community. For me, it’s about doing great work, continuing to evolve, and building something I’m proud of. I can’t wait to see you in my chair! 🫶🏼
